Whimsical String Chandeliers

These are easy, cost effective and will add a beautiful touch to almost any wedding theme.
What you will need are: balloons, glue, yarn, tray for glue,  1/2 cup of corn starch, 1/4 cup of warm water, and clear fast drying spray paint. Easily an under 15.00 project. What is not to love?
Instructions:
1.       Inflate the balloon to a medium size.
2.        Lay a tarp down.
3.       Mix cornstarch, glue and warm water together until it has a smooth texture.
4.        Smear Vaseline all over your balloon until it is completely coated.
5.       Feed the yarn through the glue mix and wrap it around the balloon (most easily accomplished with two people).
6.       Start wrapping the balloon vertically. For a seamless look, tuck the ends of the twine under one of the wrapped strings.
7.       Wait 24 hours until the balloon has completely dried and then pop them. (for those of you that share my fear of popping balloons, have your fiancĂ© do it, men tend to enjoy destroying things).
8.       Spray the string chandeliers with clear fast drying spray paint, color of your choice.
9.       Pat yourself on the back.
