Beautiful Luminaries

 

There is nothing like candlelight to set the mood and luminaries accomplish just that. These are easy, cheap and will add an extra dose of magic to any space. For the paper bag luminaries, glue paper doilies to the inside of a thin, somewhat translucent paper bag. For the jars, collect different sizes and decorate with twine, paper doilies, lace etc and modge podge them onto the surface with a wedge craft brush. These can serve as a decorative element at a wedding reception or simply put an elegant spin on that half used candle sitting on your coffee table.
